These terms explain how Dough should be used, what Pro includes, how live DonutSMP data and AI answers are handled, and what rules keep the dashboard stable.
Dough is a community dashboard for DonutSMP market, player, and economy data. By using Dough, creating an account, or subscribing to Pro, you agree to these terms.
You must use Dough lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or the systems we depend on. Dough is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by DonutSMP.
You are responsible for the email, password, and sessions connected to your Dough account. Keep your credentials private and contact us if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
We may limit, suspend, or remove access when we detect abuse, fraud, attempts to bypass rate limits, scraping that harms availability, or activity that creates security risk.
Dough displays information from the DonutSMP API and from your own account activity. Live API data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by the upstream provider.
Market prices, leaderboards, player stats, and AI summaries are provided for convenience. You should verify important in-game decisions yourself before relying on the information.
The Dough AI assistant may process your prompt, selected page context, and relevant live API data to generate an answer. AI output can be wrong or incomplete.
Do not submit secrets, private account credentials, payment information, or sensitive personal information to the AI assistant. You remain responsible for decisions you make from AI responses.
Dough Pro is billed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing, card data, invoices, and subscription management. Dough does not store your full payment card details.
Subscription access can be cancelled from the billing portal where available. Fees are charged according to the checkout terms shown at purchase, and refunds are handled at our discretion unless required by law.
Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or automate Dough in a way that bypasses intended product limits. Do not use Dough to distribute malware, spam, harassment, or illegal content.
Security rate limits protect login, registration, reset password, AI, Stripe, webhook, cron, and public API surfaces. We may change limits at any time to keep the platform stable.
The Dough interface, branding, templates, code, and product design are owned by Dough or its contributors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.
DonutSMP names, game data, player data, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Dough only presents data for dashboard and analysis purposes.
Dough is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every feature will remain available forever.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dough is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as Dough evolves. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the site or account email.
If you keep using Dough after terms are updated, you accept the updated terms.
